All purchases are final, and returns are not accepted. However, if you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help. 

Please notify us within 15 days of receiving your shipment to begin the exchange process.

Criteria for Hassle-Free Exchanges

Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for an exchange:

  • In 100% new, unworn condition
  • Original tags intact
  • Not purchased as clearance items

Ensure your item is safely packaged, as we cannot accept damaged products. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue an exchange or provide a store credit code for the purchase amount.
